All orders placed within the contiguous United States will be delivered within 3-6 business days (unless otherwise noted on specific products). Please allow for up to 72 hours for order processing. Shipping is free for orders over $200 shipped within the US. Free return shipping within 14 days of order receipt for all orders placed within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Guidelines apply to shipping within the contiguous United States only. Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. APO, FPO, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia are considered non-domestic and we currently do not ship to these areas. No shipping guarantees on orders sent to manual review or backordered items. ENA Apparel is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside its control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipper related issue(s). Under any circumstance, ENA Apparel is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

We’re sorry things didn’t work out for you! You have 14 days from your order date to request a return. Once you have requested a return, you have 3 days to ship your item(s). Any return shipped more than 3 days from the return request date will not be eligible for refund. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Please make sure that all items are unworn with the original tags attached. There will be no refunds on shipping fees.

Once we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund (as applicable) to your requested payment method within 14 days. Any refund is for the products you ordered only. You agree that any applicable shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.
All items are returnable.
Swimwear should be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons, and must have the protective hygiene strip intact.
Exchanges on products are not currently offered.
