All orders placed within the contiguous United States will be delivered within 3-6 business days (unless otherwise noted on specific products). Please allow for up to 72 hours for order processing. Shipping is free for orders over $200 shipped within the US. Free return shipping within 30 days of order receipt for all orders placed within the contiguous United States.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping Guidelines apply to shipping within the contiguous United States only. Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. APO, FPO, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia are considered non-domestic and we currently do not ship to these areas. No shipping guarantees on orders sent to manual review or backordered items. ENA Apparel is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside its control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipper related issue(s). Under any circumstance, ENA Apparel is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

RETURN POLICY

We’re sorry things didn’t work out for you! You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Please make sure that all items are unworn with the original tags attached. There will be no refunds on shipping fees.

Request a return by emailing us at customercare@enaapparel.com. We will process your request within 72 hours.

Check your inbox for pre-paid shipping label.

Once we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund or store credit (as applicable) to your requested payment method within 14 days.  Any refund or store credit is for the products you ordered only.  You agree that any applicable shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.   If you selected store credit, you will see the balance reflected in your enaapparel.com account.

All items are returnable, except for the following:

  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Gloves/Arm Warmers
  • Socks/Leg Warmers
  • Headbands
  • Water Bottles
  • Lingerie
  • Hair Ties

Swimwear should be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons, and must have the protective hygiene strip intact.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges on products are not currently offered.
